@MiakiFaith Also bercause the officer refused to give the woman his badge or veichle number he is not even to be considered as a policeman. A uniform is not sufficcient proof of his authority! In this situation you have every reason to assume that you are facing a robber or kidnapper and fight back for your lfe. And you really should, cause that has happened on a number of ocations. A serial rapist used a fake police uniform here in sweden a few years back for example...
