Congressman Jack Kingston (R/GA-1) on Fox News' Your World with Neil Cavuto discussing the resignation of van Jones, President Obama's scandal-plagued Green Jobs Czar, as well as his ongoing efforts to bring more accountability and transparency to the President's unprecedented reliance on czars to enact his policies. Earlier this year, Congressman Kingston introduced HR 3226 which would withhold funding from any czar that has not been confirmed by the U.S. Senate as outlined in Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution. Nice job Mr Kingston! Go go fighting for the constitution! The only point I might disagree with is where you are critical of the appointee for having been involved with an organization which tries to catch cops doing things they shouldn't. We should all be keeping our peace officers in check. Some of your constituents are concerned that American is already too much of a police state.

Go Mr. Kingston! The question I have is, shouldn't the president seek the advice and counsel of the senate when creating these advisory positions? let alone appointing someone.
