First Frost of Winter

This morning was the first frost. I got my Canon 40d and took a few pictures. I also setup the DXG-506V on the back porch for 1 hour watching the sun come through the trees.
The frost is shown on St Augustine grass and the crystals are quite small...it's frost!
The sun eventually won and melted all the ice crystals.

it looks like he animated the stills, or else you would see movement in the grass and backround

Wow. Very nice. I just ordered a 40D. I was wondering if you blew up the images of the frost or used a macro type lens? Thank you. :)

I did use a ser of stackable macro lenses and my original 18-55 starter lens that came with the 20D two years ago. The 40D is fantastic.
