A particular TV show on a particular cable network has invited me to be part of the "geek/nerd" team in a "geeks vs. jocks" touch football game. SInce my usual games are armored swordfighting and submission grappling and I train for strength and endurance, I figured I would switch up my training routine to something more appropriate. That would be high intensity interval training, sprints, and pass patterns.
