yes i solved it run it as an admin. Btw i solved it after my computer got a major virus (not related to the program) so I think maybe you should reeinstal it.

Lol, it's not commands that you put in command prompt of windows, it's an actual program called DHCP IP Forcer which is 11kb in size. Check it out.
