Dot is an adorable Chihuahua mix pup that was rescued after dogs chased her into traffic. She was hit by a car and both of her back legs were badly broken. ICARE (www.ICAREforPets.org) stepped up to pay for all of the surgeries to help her walk again. As you can see from this video, she can run like the wind (even if one of her back legs does not bend). Dot is happy to have been adopted by the founders of ICARE, Ted and Lisa Schade.
