Its a Dump ,a Dump with potential held bad i think by the local ways{mafia] and the people who in general look at you as if you had two heads.Met a few nice people to be fair only a few though.Bring as much food as you can there are no supermarkets ....zero the local food is great once you figure how things work as regards simple commerce.Seen it ,wont be going back.
