Yes, I figured out an alternate method which I think's simpler. I'm just very short on time, so haven't been able to record the video.

Hi ... ok !

I tried and work fine, but i tried to use this method with ishowu hd, work fine, but i got problem to control headphone... i locked the monitors on from application and input source, but each time the sound control go to speakers instead headphone ...

Headphone is controled with my external soundcard (presonus audiobox)... gonna try to find a solution. Thank for tutorial.

Wow! After an 1.5 hours of fiddling to find THIS awesome vid, we've licked our sound problem! However one tip that wasn't explained clearly, was how to PLAY BACK the finished vid to hear the audio ie. in system preferences you have return both input & output back to the internal microphone (input), and internal speakers (output) ie. return to all original sound settings to play back finished screen recording or it will be mute. But hey, this vid saved us and was very clear - Thank you!
