- One Turkey- Mine was 22 pounds- 2 large diced onions- Rice- 3 cups- Beef- One pound- Salt, Black pepper, Allspice, Cardamom- Cooking oil

I don't know why people make this so difficult. Take a tube sock---roll it up like you're going to stick it in someone's mouth---soak the sock with whiskey or brandy---then shove it into the turkey and cook for three hours. This makes the turkey very moist.

Don't Try this!!! Stuff a turkey and it's mass goes up.... In other worlds, it takes longer to cook... why is that bad? the longer you roast a turkey, the drier it becomes... dry turkey is bad... no matter how good the stuffing is!
