I have a photo of the mountain all right its burned into my memory.there was set they didnt show on here was  Hgh Chaparral. but every weter i alway look for is golden gate peak

I work there back in 1992 to 1995 then it burnt in 96. .I work at the stage coach depo.i drove the stage some.at the time Richard Jordan own the horse's.and the petting zoo.also A woman by the name of Linda cant remembe her last name now.but at the time she was the Manger. a guy by the name of don Hunter drove the train.I would a ssum by now they have comletly rebuilt the whole town.

@Joetraphis It's called San Francisco Peak, the Three Sisters is the other set of Mtn. peaks that you see in all the Old Tucson shots. I was lucky enough to be an actor in a tv pilot they shot out there recently. So much history.

I just love that mountain and recognized it in many of my old videos, Randolph Scott, Audie Murphy, John Wayne, Glenn Ford, etc. I got many shots of it and the old mission and also had a video camera. I want to go back and stay at least two days... but gas from Maryland....not too cheap. Thanks.

I was there one half day in 2004 but it wansn't long enough. Now my sister wants to go again and stay longer. We got movies and stills, but not enough. Met the wheel guy in the beard at lunch. My sister said she wanted to be a guide for free lunch. I agreed. What's the name of that mountain, that was in so many Audie Murphy movies.???
