Microdermabrasion on traumatic pigmented scars

Full continuous shot of a microdermabrasion session for a hyperpigmented post-traumatic scar on lower leg. Performed at Lege Artis Skin Care Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Visible results: brown pigmentation is visibly reduced in a single treatment. Slight redness is expected and usually goes away in a few hours.

There are indeed before and after photos, but I do not see a way how to insert them in comments. The idea of this video was just to show the process with no editing. Maybe later I will incorporate before and after photos into another video. Cheers :-)))

can you get this done on pimples and recently pooped pimples kinda like scabs?

Generally, it is not a good idea to do microdermabrasion on irritated skin. Let the skin heal first.

It's no problem. There is a possibility to combine microderm with light therapy. The later is a medical procedure in the UK, AFAIK. So there might be a chance that it is covered. Just an idea.

I live in Canada and do not know how Britidh NSH operates. Usually microdermabrasion is considered to be a cosmetic procedure and as such is not covered by insurance.
