FYI, legendary singer-sonwriter Essra Mohawk sings this theme. It's also Essra's vocals several on Schoolhouse Rock songs including "Interjections," "Sufferin' Till Suffrage" and "Mother Necessity."

yea i tried to tell my hubby about the lil guy on a cup that dances and talks he looked at me like i was crazy lol so i been looking for this all day im appy i am so happy i finally found it lol :)
