Kitten Schnuzzles Dog

This bold fluffy kitten just loved my dog Freeway. The kitten keeps rubbing on the dog, giving little kitten hugs (nose rubs). Freeway likes the kitten but is on orders to "stay" so he just kisses back. This stray kitten has long since found a new home,but it is cute anyway.

@JacqBLUEjay when I consulted with a genetics expert about his background she said that his appearance could happen with lots of different kinds of mixes. Any kind of guess as to his background is equally likely to be correct. Regardless he is a very nice easy going dog.

@RheanKing good observation. Freeway would have loved to be more active in playing with the kitten, but with the street just a bit behind me I didn't dare. When I found the kitten a home I looked specifically for one with a dog so they could be buddies. Worked great.

What kind of dog is Freeway?

@CrazyJustin2006 Freeway is most likely half Greater Swiss Mountain Dog - and half everything else. The idea that he is half GSMD is because he has extra toes on his back feet (common in many of the mountain dog breeds), and has the temperament and similar physical structure. He is much smaller though but not one of the smaller swiss breeds.
