firstly, something tells me that this guy doesn't "gently" do anything... secondly, my guess is that he's one of these crotchety old retired types that will fight his neighbors tooth and nail if they have a shed or something that's slightly over his property line. thirdly, I so want to be like this guy, he's so cool... lastly...
