Those drivers are accustomed to such traffic flow. If you were to put someone into an unfamiliar situation, they generally don't fare too well (North American driver placed here, or one of those drivers placed in N.A.) until they get used to the new 'normal'.
That intersection: no accidents and fantastic flow in all directions
American intersections: more apparent order, plenty of accidents and much poorer flow
Canadian intersections: fantastic order, plenty of accidents and abysmal flow.

@TheDundeepieman Per Capita Income of the UK : 35000 USD
Per Capita Income of India: 3703
Your figures are far off. The UK was responsible for stealing loads of Indian resources when Britain kept India as one of its colonially occupied territories. It's all in the past now, but India used to be one of the richest countries in the world - and one of the worlds oldest civilizations back when most of Europe was far from it.

What happens when woman driver arrives?
I look at how chaotic this intersection is and I am astonished and impressed that there's not one collision. I then look at how orderly the intersections around here are and I am disappointed at the number of collisions we have here. I don't think the majority of American drivers could pass through that intersection without at least one collision. Indian drivers, I salute thee.
