I hit my dog with my rifle =[

Another thing is: Make it big! Be confident, smile (or whatever expression your show is), and when you fall, get back up. Stick with it and soon you'll find yourself be able to toss higher, spin faster, learn harder choreography, and learn faster :) A huge part of colorguard is mental. Just perform whether you're in your backyard, on the field practicing, or performing, and be confident. Hope this helps :) Add me if you want!

@d0rii12347 Lol, i love how everyone in guard is always worried about how many seaons they've had in relation to their grade/age:P I'm going into my freshman year too and this wg season will give me 5:) I plan on going into wgi/dci (can't decide) when i leave high school \ (^o^) /

Well probably my first "tip" would obviously be to practice of course! I know sometimes when I'm bored in a class or we aren't doing anything I'll go through the routine in my head or using a pencil. With tossing my big thing is to just not be afraid of your flag. You'll never get the toss if you're too afraid to even try it. Sometimes you may get hit or get hurt but its bound to happen. But overall practice makes perfect =)
