goddamit whats so hard to understand , grab the linux kernel and see it for yourself , it performs all the low level operations , SOFTWARE gives PARAMETERS to the kernel to perform an range of actions ( or the GUI Framework)
i know what im talking about , os are NOT software , anyone knows that
