my question is how can we use this method when its cold? Also now that you have done this for awhile is there any damage from leaving in the conditioners?

thanks. i don't use this technique exclusively...mainly because it takes soooo long to dry. so i can't tell you whether or not my hair has been damaged or not from long-term use. i think the best individual to answer that question is Teri....the lady who has been consistently using the method for years and has hair passed her behind. it surely seems to work for her. though i think it is important to note that what works for some could be useless or even harmful for others.
