Can time slow down?

Excerpt from Physicist Michio Kaku 4 part documentary on "Time"

Michio investigates claims of time dilation under the influence of Adrenaline and other drugs.

Personally I've been wondering what would happen if they gave the freefall guy some Marijuana! Maybe he wouldn't be able to read the LED's at all? (cancel out the effect?) Either that or drop a stoned rat from that tower!

first experiment i dont like, ive been near to death in a motorbike crash, time doesnt sloww down you just forget everything the moment you feel the bike lose control, its like your body knows whats coming, then you wake up with memory problems with a broken crash helmet on the floor thinking youve just had a crazy dream and your bed was so comfortable you tell the paramedic to let you sleep .

@DarkRebel7575 i searched time goes very slowly when your stoned and found this, ive been drinking and had a smoke, and the last 1 hour feels like 3 hrs, its crazy i cant explain it , because i wasnt bored or anything :)
