Windows Tweak - Increase Start Menu Speed

By default in Windows XP and Vista, the default delay for the start menu is high making it slow, change the value easily in the registry making it fast.

Notes from Video:
In the registry navigate to:
/HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Desktop

Change the value of the string called MenuShowDelay to 0
