@b1naryd1g1t5 Actually, I recall reading an article in which the FBI had been following some Cubans they suspected of spying. They caught them listening to numbers stations and actually got hold of their one time pad. Needless to say, the US never admitted to doing the same, but we can all rest assured that if Cuba was doing it, then so were we.

These are one-time-pad messages being transmitted to spies and such. Everyone knows this. I think the British government has admitted to it, USA has not, AFAIK.
