Get over it? Haha what an intellectual response to a clearly politicized ruling. Scalia speaks for himself, not the law. He probably would have been saying the same thing of the Dred Scott decision before the arrival of the 14th amendment

@boxingboycow Mitt Romney pays less than 14% in taxes. I pay almost wice that rate. So YES, I do pay a higher tax rate than Mitt Romney, a multi-millionaire.
You can not defend greed and social inequality. It's just not possible. So accept the FACT that millionaires and billionaires are NOT paying their fair sahre in taxes. Nobody who works full time should be poor, and nobody who earns millions should get "sweetheart deals" from the IRS. Millionaires are UNFAIR. No more excuses!

@zerogullibility I have yet to talk to a millionaire who pays less than I do in taxes. Spending is the issue not the amount of money people pay in taxes. Why won't idiots ever understand the simplicity of the problem? When you spend more than you make you go into debt. Our lords in Washington are addicted to spending. They make millions off the bills they write to funnel money to certain places.....spending is the issue.

@mitchell6811 wow do you even read what you write? "the numbers were not doctored, the graph was altered in scale to make the climb seem much more drastic".....IE DOCTORED really? wow....public edumacation werked fer u! rofl

@mitchell6811 in the earths average temperature was seen. People should not focus there concerns and opinions on issues solely on what politicians say. Not one of them tells the truth not even the best ones.

@boxingboycow the numbers were not doctored. The graph was altered in scale to make the climb of warming temperature seem much more drastic. It was simply a political attempt at getting peoples attention. The recent warming trend has occurred over simply 120 years. The earth has warmed and cooled since its beginning over 4 billion years ago; however these temperature climbs have been much more gradual taking place over hundreds of years in many cases thousands of years before drastic change

@yourmamma32 there is a viable reason for why they receive life long terms.

Thanks Scalia, you handed the country over to a retard

TEN THOUSAND COMEDIANS OUT OF A JOB AND THIS CLOWN IS TRYING TO BE FUNNY?
@KingDingaLing090 Since you're such a fan of the hardcore raw dataz, I'm sure you're aware that the spikes in temperature during the mid/late 20th century were much higher than those that came before them. But of course that doesn't really matter to you, you made your conclusion before you even looked at the data and you have no plans to ever be honest in your approach. Your only goal here is to promote a single-minded ideology no matter the lies and distortions required to sell it.

@oJKBo The ones who became filthy rich almost always did so on the backs of those who are constantly being asked to tighten their belts some more...and smile as they do it.
Letting millionaires work for minimum wage would give them a taste of how rotten the life of those they are currently exploting can be. Rather than actully see this picture (it might be amusing), most Middle and Working Class Americans would settle for millionaires at least paying a fairer share in taxes. NOW!
