@Ziru322 Bullet entered through his chest and penetrated his spine. It wasn't until he put his back understress that the spine was severed from the fracture caused by the bullet entry from the front. Think of it like moving trying to life a heavy object with a stress fracture on your forearm; The fracture would only get bigger and might eventually lead to a broken arm.
