i'm not a pro so don't hate. here's a simple explanation of the typewriter.

if you're starting from the right, here's what you do:
1) concentrate on a pull up toward your right hand
2) with your right arm bent and left arm straight, push over to the left side (here you would use your right tricep to push from the right and your left bicep to pull to the left)
3) do a negative by slowly letting your (now bent) left arm downward in a controlled fashion
4) the same method applies when if you want to start pulling from the left

do bicycles to activate abdominal muscles, but keeping your knee up while doing a typewriter will have more of an effect

do an Lsit (legs lifted 80-90 degrees) typewriter for a full core strengthening workout

Good luck and happy training !

  • @thatsgoodmoney thank you boss, tahnks for watching my vid. ive seen your page before ur training sessions are inspiring

  • hey ...my shoulders hurt when i do this kinda pull ups ...I wonder what could be the problem?

  • @kokilalf01 i suggest you stay away from these, then. these are more advanced pull ups and you should already have strong lats and arms to perform these. try doing 1 arm lat pull downs with a single cable to train

  • Ah, so you have uploaded more workouts. Awesome, never realized how much the arms are involved in this, always just used back

  • @saltzjoe10 i personally do pull ups whenever my body is good for them.. which is about 5 times a week. i usually heal up pretty fast when it comes to pull ups, and i try my best to mix the workouts every other day so that i dont get bored.
