Fieldhockey : Goal Keepers, coaching the coaches

Hockey Australia has produced a range of coaching DVD's that are available for purchase. The DVD series is called "Coaching the Coaches" and there are three titles to choose from - Beginner, Advanced and Goalkeeping.

The DVD's explain and demonstrate not only the skills of hockey but appropriate skill progressions and drills to develop these. This includes how to coach basic skills such as hitting and trapping, through to the more advanced skills of jinking, flicking and overheads.

@cartlidge12 well dont think about the pain then it wont hurt if you just keep your eyes on the ball then you dont feel anything you just wanna think about the next move and the DEF then your be fine
