  • Nice price, and yeah, it is probably worth more, but as the recession has went on, games have dropped in price.

I mean 2 weeks ago, Gex on the PS1 sold for £40, I sold all 3 Gex games for £25 1 week ago. I was gutted.

Mate, I adored ALTTP, said it was my favourite SNES game for 14 years, I then played CT, it's now number 1, it shot up in my heart so quickly, it truly is one of the greatest games I've ever played.

  • Because I was buying a 3DS and I get way more time to play handheld games, so I sold it, to buy the NDS version.

And it's an amazing port and it has a couple of cool quests added to make it an even bigger game than before.

  • @DEIVION212 Wait why did you sell it anyway?

  • @DEIVION212 Your joking I just won it for £60 on ebay ffs I could of swear it was worth more. I ask you is it truly worth it from the buttom of your heart?

  • Not really, erm, I can say I paid £60 but mainly they went for £100+ and when I sold it I sold it for £75 but after fees still lost money.

In terms of value, I was happy to pay as much because it was an amazing game. But it may be cheaper for you, to buy a used NDS and a copy of CT:DS.

  • @DEIVION212 Hi can you tell me how much chrono trigger is worth boxed, and complete in good condition is worth?

  • @DEIVION212

Ok good, then i don't need to spend too much money :)

Thanks for taking your time to answer!

  • But yeah, I sold my SNES version for a profit, bought the NDS version for less than half that. So I was very happy.

And if anything, it's better on the NDS because it adds some very lengthy and very good quests, although 1 is strung out with requiring you to climb a mountain with 3 fights you can't avoid, go back down, go up, go down, go up, go down, honestly, I can't even type how many times you need to do it XD

But still an amazing section and an even better game IMO.

  • We did eventually get them as handheld games though, TOP was a GBA game I had (I didn't enjoy it though, at the 20 hour mark it made you think the end was coming up, 10 hours let and 5 more end moments, it still hadn't ended, at that point it was then really dragging IMO so I sold it).

The first 2 Star Ocean games are on the PSP (Got them) and I know there's 1 for the PS3.

FF2 and 3 hit handhelds too eventually.

No idea about Robotrek. Never heard of it.
