The Charlotte Eagles are part of a non-denominational sports ministry called Missionary Athletes International (MAI). The mission of MAI is to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the environment of soccer. MAI takes teams on tours overseas to partner with churches and teach them how to use soccer as a platform to share the Gospel.
