I got the chance to make this video on the Cruze a few days ago. Thanks to my Suzuki salesperson whose boss owns a Hyundai, Chevrolet and Toyota dealerships in Penang.

This car is on sale in Malaysia for RM98,767.60. It's only available in a single trim level, which is the 1.8LT.

  • in your opinion alex, is this car under the city, vios, persona segment or is it under the forte, civic, altis, lancer, inspira segment?? ohh, i am talking about the interior space by the way =)

  • @VINCENZO160793 This is in the Civic/Corolla segment. =)

  • i think thats based anound the vauxhall insignia and buick regal but im not sure.I know the buick is baiscaly a vauxhall/opal insignia.

  • @gt5cheats4332 The Buick Regal is the Vauxhall/Opel Insignia. This Cruze is on the same platform as the Vauxhall/Opel Astra if I remember correctly.

  • how is it compared to a BMW 328i E46? i'm looking my 1st car and currently comparing a second-hand premium cars to new normal cars like this Cruze, Inspira, and Fiesta. Can't afford a Scirocco. sigh.... budget is around +-RM90k only.

  • @bajukuyup I would say the BMW is more comfortable, definitely drives better and of course you have the BMW badge. But if you want a new car, and better reliability in the sense that you have a new car and nothing can go wrong with a new car (you wouldn't know the full history of a used car), then it's better to get the cars that you have mentioned. If you can go for it, why not a Civic? The new model's coming soon.
