Do you need a degree or special training to start flipping houses?

No, but it helps a lot when your flipping houses to have a contractors Licence becuase you get good deals on lumber and basiclly anything you build the house with. You dont have to have one but it helps a lot to have one.

I document flipped houses, i have learned a lot from doing this so any questions feel free to ask. I think if i had the time to turn a house over i would but i just dont have time and money like other people do.
