It is not Palestinian (historically, these are Jordanians, by the way), since Jordan was set on the eastern bank of Jordan river, but later caught these lands. Then waged war on Israel, who conquered these lands in an act of self defense. Building on it is Illegal? then why do the "Palestinians" build on it?

This murder is unacceptable as all attacks on civilians. Although why is it considered rational by the Israeli government to promote the construction settlements in Palestinian. Which in itself is a breech of the 4th Geneva Convention and only promotes Hamas' recruitment efforts.....not to mention leaves Israeli citizens open to attack.
