I want to install the Subversion Server in Ubuntu. Can I install the Subversion Server in Ubuntu desktop or must it be done in Ubuntu server?

@iamawaneendra The best way to do it is to download and install TortoiseSVN. That is the best GUI client for Windows IMO.
