#hireulrike is therefore used to send the message across twitter, in the hope people talk about it, refer to it, and she picks up a job... The Guardian were impressed enough to feature her... what have you done lately?!

Please don't take this comment as constructive criticism. I think it's great that you're turning to social media to find a job however your approach is wrong, especially if you're looking for a job in advertising, as your approach is flawed.

People are uploading a picture of themselves with the hashtag #hireulrike - so what?

Blog, create a cool infographic but tell me why I would want to see you as opposed to explaining that you need a job.
