Wet-Type Polishing Line

The machine is capable of producing surfaces such as No. 4. Hairline, Scotch Brite, etc. The output finished products range 0.4 ~ 3.0mm in thickness and 1,524mm in Max. width. The machine is a wet sling that produces cleaner, smoother, and more even surfaces. It also features back pass and slinging based on sands number specified by customers to produce desired surfaces. Furthermore, films on top and bottom can be directly pasted and liners paper can be added after slinging. At the end of production, oil and residue are separated to protect the environment and cut down costs.
