@herbalcurephilippine well, your are right. the membraine around the side is the good part to make the gac sweet rice. I would not the rest is worthless because we dont know how to use the rest of the fruit for something else. people are still doing research

Hi dude your gac fruit is not completly ripe(Momordica cochinchinensis)i cultivate them and the interesting part are the arils around the seeds.The rest is worthless
