In March 2009, an Insider statement was released on the bands site and MySpace stating that the band will no longer be a 'full-time' project and that the girls were working on solo projects.
(Solo projects doesn't mean they're over)

@DrakeTimbershaft you must not be up to date then. They were together in Moscow last month at the Billboard party. It was all over the news. Yulia insulted Lena's career a few times, but Lena forgives her. Yulia said she supports Lena any way. Also, their You and I movie is set for release in February, and their kroogi remix album has been finished and will be released soon. And cherrytreeradio has a request hour for them every month.

well, yes I understood that, but despite that, there is a big chance that they will separate, usualy it starts like this- they do a separate projects... I hope I'm wrong... :D

They're not separated, their just working on their solo projects more than their t.A.T.u. project right now.

thanks for commenting. I've been a fan since I was 12 or 13. I'm 20 now lol. I'm sure they will always be t.A.T.u. I can't wait to hear their solo stuff though. (especially Yulia) they are going to perform at Eurovision together this week and happy smiles comes out in the fall. so it's like they never took a break lol.
