@AndrewJLyon Oh I see. A shame you were not able to advice Stravinsky on his articulations. Is there something about accents and dynamics that you feel should also be changed to your liking? Does the metric suit your needs?

but it says staccato everywhere in the music! if you don't wanna play it staccato, you should name this video "after a composition by strawinsky". because this is not strawinsky. too bad.

@BarodeFalerium Yes, this is an english version - The libretto has been translated into English by Michael Flanders and Kitty Black.

the march is staccato! why legato..?

Staccato at the beginning, yes, but to play it throughout would be dull and lifeless. A sound that is too polished would not be right for the context of the story. I really like the way things turned out.
