Hey yall, sorry about the time lapse. I lost my comp for a few months. Seems that it kinda blew up on me lol (not literally) so I had to wait to get a new one.
As for Roca Labs. I lost a total of 23 lbs in 1 month. Pro: I lost 23 pounds.
CON: I had to stop taking it, because it was causing blockages in my digestive track(Doctor talk) Arounf May 7th, I had to go to the walk in clinic here and had to get flushed out. Bleh, not fun times.
But, overall it was a sound diet. Just mind the doses...
