IT IS FUNNY because it is NOT an uncut version of what she said.

P.S. When she said "What is the Bush doctorine," she meant for him to define which one he meant. Because there are multiple different "Bush doctorines", and no matter what she answered the interviewer could make her look bad.

Maybe "What is" is a poor choice of words, but it's just pathetic for her to be attacked like this.
