Thank you so much Mike! I've been doing these little exercises for quite some time and I've been able to decrease the size of my Pooch, though there's still a little extra skin. Got any tips on how to get rid of them? If not, hide them. Thanks~Chris Kinjo

ive allready tried this for the first time while watching this video, and i felt the burn in my hips and stomach,i really like these exercises,so thank you
Would massaging the hip flexors also help improve the process of releasing the anterior tilt?

It could, but it would be a temporary fix. Work on strengthening your hip extensors.

How long would it take to lose your pooch after doing these exercises .. ? Please answer back, thanks! :)

You should see a difference in a week or two. As soon as your hip flexors become looser and your extensor muscle stronger, the belly pooch should diminish.
