Surprise! Your getting a puppy

My girls had no idea we were importing a german shepherd dog puppy from Slovokia! We had waited for 9 months for a GSD in the States but something seemed to happen each time and finally we told the girls we were waiting till next year to get one. They were really surprised

UPDATE on UMA.....Uma is now almost 4 years old and is a fantastic friend to our girls. We have added another little girl making 5 daughters:) Ages range now from 16 down to one.....I would recommend a German Shepherd that is trained and good temperment to anyone with kids. We recently lost one of our older shepherds and it was very difficult on the family. But Uma stepped up nicely the day after our other dog died and protects our girls and loves them very much. Thank you all for watching

i was gonna get a puppy, but when we were about to get her, she died. we were getting here from a breeder and one of the bigger dogs stepped on her. worst valentines day of my life.

@gigiwolflova It's not just buying the dog that's the problem; they cost much more than that. You have to remember that you have to pay for shots, fixing if necessary, dog food, toys, beds and any medical expenses in the future. There's also responsibility- such as walking, bathing feeding and generally paying attention to it and having time for it. Some homes simply aren't fit for animals, like small apartments that don't allow animals. You're parents must have a reason for not getting one.

i have 2 great danes. the old one, ive had her since I was three, she is 13 now. her namme is scooby. she means the world to me, but she is old and frail. my mom saiid we wouldnt get another dog for years after soob moved on. but this summer my princople (long family friend) his dane named Nala had puppies. the instant mom found out they were old enough we went to get Daphne our 2nd dane. i named both the dogs (scooby doo ftw) ans pick em both out evem though DAPH is ky moms. :)

I'm getting my German shepherd pup this year! I can't wait!!! But before I do I have to be prepared for one to look after it and take it for walk it will be my responsibility to look after it so I'm gonna do the best I can :D and i wanna be ready cause i know it's never easy to take care of any animal so I will love my GSD forever xD
