*Conditioning(191-266)
Go to 1.0 Amps for 15 min and stop for 15 min×6

Go to 0.2 Amps for 45 min and stop for 15 min×3　
*Conditioning(294-)
Go to 0.8 Amps for 15 min and stop for 15 min×6　

It improves still more, that is right, and it continues a conditioning.
