I use Serrapeptase 80,000 IU and take two, three times a day stacked with 3, 2000 FU of Nattokinase 3 times a day and 1400Mg of fish oil, once a day! Have taken Nattokinase for a year, and added the Serrapeptase a few weeks ago, and it has had a profound effect on me! Very sad that some people are close minded to this!

@paullie6719 What I meant to ask is if each of the 80,000 IU tabs is equal to 400 mg?

3 - 3x/day? Are you referring to the 80,000 IU tablets? Is that equal to 400 mg?

mg cannot be compared to iu. It would be like comparing volts to watts. You can only compare watts to watts. If you know the iu per gram then you can calculate the iu of 400mg.
