A performance by the Las Vegas Academy of International Studies, Visual and Performing Arts at their Fall Concert on October 20, 2009 in the Performing Arts Center. The song was performed by the Wind Symphony and features guest performer J.D. Shaw on the French Horn. Mr. Shaw is currently Professor of French Horn at the University of New Mexico and is, formerly, the French Hornist with the internationally acclaimed Boston Brass, where he was creative director, music arranger, and co-owner of the ensemble. He has also been a featured performer on NPR's Performance Today and the CBS Morning Show.
This band is my son Tyler's major and he performs as a trombonist. Unfortunately, where we were sitting, you can't see him. Just listen for the trombones though, and you can hear him.
Wait a second, I'm kind of friends with Tyler O.o that's interesting... xD This was a fun song to play though
