Andy T's Gourmet Sweet Corn is picked every morning 7 days a week, July through October. Because our corn is so tender it cannot be machine harvested and is picked by hand.

Through a genetics process, our corn our corn has a sweet and savory flavor when it is picked in the "milk stage" and maintains its flavor beyond the ripe stage unlike most sweet corn. Because of this process, Andy T's Sweet Corn retains its flavor up to three weeks when kept at 34 degrees.

Sugar Enhanced Sweet Corn is very tender but only lasts two days; Super Sweets Sweet Corn is really sweet but it can be tough and not tender to eat.

Andy T's Gourmet Sweet Corn is a combination of both, creating a super sweet and fresh flavor that lasts and is always tender. Our sweet corn is truly the best of both worlds!
