This game has been out for a year next month, ive spent more than 150 hours at least and have never came in contact with "Roach King". Goes to show just how big the fallout world really is..

And so, the Roach King's reign came to a fateful end.
She will be known for leading the Roach Kingdom to independence, winning the battle for the Playground, and establishing a free health care system.
May she always be remembered as the brave, compassionate, creepy fuck that we knew her as.

@gman8744 It's in the mission where you and Dr. Li and Co. are escaping via the tunnels, if you explore the different openings in the tunnels you find that hat, with a skill book (Chinese spec ops) and a Chinese Pistol which you can give to the guy that offers help.

they shouldve aded a system where you could make your own tab on a location, and like name it, and be able to fast travel there, that would be awesome!
