Somalia: 30 killed in artillery battle

In Somalia, at least 30 people have been killed in artillery battles between Islamist insurgents, government forces and African Union peacekeepers. Witnesses say the rebels launched volleys of mortar bombs at the international airport in Mogadishu as President Sheikh Sharif Ahmed left for a meeting in Uganda.
