That's not how parody law works. You can't use a portion of someone else's work under any circumstance which is deemed to violate or exploit its commercial or core value. In other words, you're supposed to construct the bulk of your parody using non-essentials--i.e. make your own art. These clips obviously use significant quantities of what makes both songs salable.
Not that I agree with copyright law, but get it right before acting so high and mighty.
