so a 1990 lincoln town car with only 23k on it is a clunker, but a 1983 caprice isnt?..and only becuase it falls behind the requirements by only 1 year?..a 83 isnt a clunker but a 84 is?..ppl are trashing alot of good running cars ..alot of these cars arent hight milage , rusted out crappers ..the hell with them ..i will keep my 90 grand marquis..maybe i will park my 77 f 150 gas guzzlin. air polutin truck in front of the local toyota dealer and let it idle allllllllll day long

Destroy the free payed for cars that are inexpensive, and get everyone into expensive financed cars payed for by money printed out of thin are at the federal reserve via the banks loan system.
