Stardust Demolition

My parents spent their honeymoon in 69 at the Stardust. Serves the parent company right to destroy a recently renovated building to put something else there, only to have to hold construction since they don't have the money to build their new casino/hotel. The Stardust could have been making money these years instead.

1) Demolishing buildings is quite common when buildings that take up space in large cities aren't being used anymore.
2) Fireworks don't cost cities huge sums of money.
