Replace the (dot) with a period. Read the first paragraph. I know Kiev is the capital of Ukraine, however in this case as you can see the origin of this dish is indeed French!

i cook mine on a pan with oil and butter get the outside goldeny brown then chuck it in the oven for 20 mins to cook the inside perfect. mmmm mine are shop 1s though and sealed properly not with tooth picks so they can be cooked on the pan lol. yummmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I watched a program on about mechanical meet, and chicken kiev's are one of them, I wont tell you about what going in to them, the one's you buy from the supermarket. But anyway I made home made chicken kiev's yeterday for my and my fiancee's parents for tea, and I had you on the laptop guiding me on how to make them and we all loved them :-)
